Terms and Conditions
A deposit of 30% is required at time of booking and the remaining balance 4 weeks before arrival. In the event of cancellation before total balance has been paid, deposit payment will be reimbursed only if the property is rebooked. In the event of cancellation after full payment has been made, no refund will be given.
We strongly encourage guests to take out some form of travel insurance. In the case of forced cancellation due to Government imposed Corona virus (Covid-19) restrictions or infection, the client will not lose their payment but will be offered to move the dates of their reservation or receive a voucher valid until the 31/12/2022.
Bookings are generally taken on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday during high season (July-August). For the rest of the year there is a minimum stay of 3 nights. Prices include linen, with a weekly change of laundry for bookings of more than 7 days, and a final clean. Heating is included in the rental cost as is Wi-Fi, available in all properties and communal areas including swimming pools. Small or medium sized pets are allowed upon request.
Baby cots are available on request at a cost of €30 per week. We can organise private breakfasts, lunches or dinners on request for groups.
The swimming pools are open between the 15/06 – 31/9, however these dates may vary depending on weather conditions.
The properties must be treated with care and respect and left in a normal state of cleanliness. All rubbish must be left tidy and sorted into the separate recycling bins provided before departure.
All guests are requested to preauthorize a security deposit payment of €300 by credit card on arrival, which will be held until check-out and only used in the case of damage, unpaid bills or compensation for extra cleaning.
Guest check-in is between 15-20 and check-out before 10 in the morning on the day of departure.
In the event of early or late arrivals, please inform reception in advance, our office hours are 9.30-18.30. As we do not have a 24 hour reception, we would ask late arrivals to give us prior notice in order to make alternative arrangements for check-in and key collection.
